Our basic package for one straightforward conflict between two parties
For families who have one clear issue to resolve and need a neutral person to keep the conversation steady, productive, and out of the usual loop. This session gives both people space to be heard, clarify what matters, and work toward a practical agreement.
Includes: Intake form, One 4-hour mediation session, Memorandum of Understanding

For more complex issues that need preparation, structure, and follow-through, for up to 4 parties.
For families dealing with layered conflict, repeated misunderstandings, or decisions that need more than one conversation to settle. We begin with private meetings to understand each person’s concerns, then move into structured mediation sessions focused on clarity, workable agreements, and next steps everyone can actually follow.
Includes: Intake form, Two private meetings, Two 4-hour mediation sessions, Memorandum of Understanding, Post session follow-up. Up to 2 additional parties may be added for an additional fee, see our Add-on Services below.

For multi-party (4 or more), high-stakes, or deeply layered family conflict
For families facing multiple issues, multiple voices, or decisions that carry real emotional, financial, or relational weight. This package gives each party time to be heard privately, then creates a structured mediation process to slow the conflict down, identify what needs to be decided, and move the family toward a durable path forward.
Includes: Intake form, One private meeting for each party, One full-day mediation session (up to 8 hours), One half-day mediation session (up to 4 hours), Memorandum of Understanding, Post session follow-up.

Additional Party Participation: $150
For adding siblings, spouses, adult grandchildren, care partners, or other necessary decision-makers.
Party Request for Participation: $50 per person
Upon request, LM&T may contact an individual on behalf of the initiating party to invite them to participate in mediation.
Additional Private Meeting: $100
For when one party needs more time to clarify concerns, process emotions, or needs negotiation coaching, outside of a mediation session.
Additional Group Mediation: $200 per hour
Only available if additional group mediation is needed beyond what is included in a mediation package. Billed hourly.
Industry Professional Coordination: $100*
During a session, it can be very helpful to hear direct from industry professionals on specific options, limitations, and costs. With consent from all parties, we’ll coordinate participation with issue specific professionals.
Non-party participants may include care managers, medical providers, senior move managers, financial professionals, elder law attorneys, insurance agents, real estate professionals, clergy/religious/spiritual connections, guardians, and funeral/cremation service providers.
*This fee is waived if the client was originally referred by a professional service referral partner.
